Functional Test Fixtures
       
HMPU Lever Actuated Test Fixture engaged HMPU Lever Actuated Test Fixture. The HMPU fixture has lever actuated CAM slides to engage the probe plate and pogo pins. HMPU Lever Actuated Test Fixture. Back View shows cables from within the base chassis connecting to the probe plate cassette.

ETF Press Fixture. We worked with the customer to create a fixture based on an off the shelf press. ETF Press Fixture acrylic UUT alignment parts. AMC Test Fixture production. This fixture featured a DeStaCo clamp and Igus slides to insert the UUT in to a backplane.
HASS/HALT Totes
  Hass Fixture. We worked with the customer to layout a custom backplane and designed the fixture around it. Hass Fixture with hold down bars and thumb knobs. Hass Fixture with Insert Plate assembly modeled in Solidworks.
Sheet metal design and fabrication, Insertion/Extraction Tools, and G10 part machining
Sheet metal chassis, brackets, faceplates, and parts with anodized, brushed, and textured paint finishes. aluminum and delrin Insertion and extraction tools. G10 probe and connector insertion blocks. We stock and CNC machine most sizes of FR4/G10 plate and rod. In house ESD coating available.
